This years Turriff Show Schools Competition winners have been announced.
The theme for this year was – ‘Northern Lights’
Pupils from all Turriff Academy feeder primaries were invited to submit entries.
Entries could take the form of a pictorial display, a written account or a piece of artwork or model based on this year’s theme. The entries could be the work of an individual pupil or a class group.
Entries were judged and chosen as overall, individual winners and group entries.
Individual winners were awarded a £10 gift voucher, winning group entries awarded a £40 voucher and the Overall Winner will be presented with the Bruce Ferguson Memorial Trophy.
Our three judges, Lyndsay Ledingham, Julie Gray and Amy Ferguson had an extremely difficult task in choosing just one overall winner from all of the fantastic and colourful entries received this year.
All Entries will be displayed in Old MacDonald’s InFARMation in Ferguson Hall located within the showfield for the duration of the show.
Entrants will be able to come along and view their creations and pick up a prize from one of the team.
